Will has spent over two decades placing lawyers — from newly qualified associates through to equity partners — and he still does every placement himself. No handoffs, no juniors running the process. Just someone who knows the market and cares about getting it right.

He has advised on lateral partner hires, complex team moves and bolt-on acquisitions, and he understands the difference between adding headcount and adding real capability. His network runs across Magic Circle, Silver Circle and regional firms, and the people he works with — on both sides — tend to come back.

He founded Fordham Legal in 2014 with a clear philosophy: fewer clients, deeper relationships, better outcomes.
